Shyft Group (Shyft) is recalling certain 2015-2025 Utilimaster Truck Body vehicles. The signal converter may fail, which can cause the brake lights and turn signals to become inoperative.

RiskInoperative turn signals and brake lights can fail to alert other road users to the driver's intentions to turn or stop, increasing the risk of a crash.

FixShyft will inspect and repair the signal converter connecters as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 7, 2025. Owners may contact Shyft customer service at 1-800-237-7806. Shyft's number for this recall is 25-16.

15V247000·BACK OVER PREVENTION: CAMERA SYSTEM2015-04-27

Spartan Motors, Inc. (Spartan) is recalling certain model year 2012-2015 Utilimaster Walk-in vans and truck body vehicles manufactured January 21, 2014, to March 12, 2015. The affected vehicles are equipped with a back up camera system which may display images from the camera in reverse.

RiskIf an object or person are on the left side of the screen but are actually on the right side of the vehicle, or vice versa, there is an increased risk of a crash.

FixSpartan will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the vehicles and replace any camera that is not displaying the correct images. The recall began on June 24, 2015. Owners may contact Spartan customer service at 1-800-582-3454.
