25V279000·ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING2025-04-29

Temsa is recalling certain 2021-2025 TS30, TS35, and 2021-2026 TS45 buses equipped with a Mux5-B multiplex. The temporary bus stop valve may activate unintentionally and apply the brakes, causing them to overheat.

RiskBrakes that overheat can increase the risk of a fire.

FixTemsa will inspect the multiplex, update the software, and repair the wiring harness as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 11, 2025. Owners may contact Temsa customer service at 1-833-628-3672.

Temsa is recalling certain 2024-2025 TS45 transit buses. The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) listed on the certification label is incorrect. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars."

RiskAn incorrect weight rating may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

FixTemsa service centers will replace the certification label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 27, 2025. Owners may contact Temsa customer service at 1-833-628-3672.
