Forest River Bus, LLC. (Forest River Bus) is recalling certain 2018-2024 Starcraft Allstar, Senator II, 2022-2024 Starcraft Allstar MVP, Senator II MVP, Eldorado National Advantage, 2018 Starcraft Candidate II, 2023 Starcraft Starlite, 2023-2034 Champion Challenger, Elkhart Coach ELKC, and 2019-2024 Glaval Universal transit buses. Unsecured brake lines may be damaged by contact with the frame rail.

RiskDamaged brake lines can cause loss of brake pressure, increasing the risk of a crash.

FixDealers will inspect and secure the brake lines, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 1, 2024. Owners may contact Forest River Bus Customer Service Phone Number at 1-800-348-7440. Forest River Bus number for this recall is 05-1756.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Starcraft Allstar, Allstar XL, and Starlite vehicles equipped with Safe Fleet Prolo Roof Escape hatches. Due to a manufacturing issue, the roof hatch external handle may unexpectedly break under reasonable use.

RiskIf the roof hatch external handle breaks, in the event of an emergency, the hatch cannot be easily opened from outside the vehicle, increasing the risk of injury.

FixForest River will notify owners, and dealers will replace the hatch, free of charge. The recall began August 27, 2019. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-800-748-3440. Forest River's number for this recall is 05-1060.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Orion Class C, Freelander Class C, and Leprechaun Class C motorhomes, Rockport work trucks, and Berkshire Ultra Coach, and StarCraft shuttle buses, equipped with ASA Electronics back up mirror-monitors, model number VOM74MM. The affected displays may revert back to the factory default settings, causing the camera image to be reversed.

RiskIf the monitor displays the image in reverse, the driver may unintentionally turn the opposite direction, increasing the risk of crash.

FixForest River has notified owners, and dealers will install a harness/relay/capacitor module, free of charge. The recall began April 8, 2019. Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2018 Forest River Rockport, Elkhart Coach ECE4 and Glaval Bus Commute, and 2018-2019 Starcraft Bus Allstar, Allstar MVP, Senator II and Senator II MVP transit buses. The U-bolts on the rear axle that hold the leaf spring and rear axle together may have been insufficiently tightened.

RiskThe loose U-bolts may further loosen or break allowing the axle to separate and cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash.

FixForest River has notified owners, and dealers will inspect the tightness of the U-bolt, replacing or tightening the U-bolt as necessary, free of charge. The recall began June 27, 2018.
