Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (Porsche) is recalling certain 2020 911 Carrera S, 2021 Taycan Turbo, and 2022 911 Carrera vehicles. Due to a process error in the car body production line, various welds may be missing from the vehicle body.

RiskIn the event of a crash, incomplete body welding may not provide adequate protection to occupants, increasing the risk of injury.

FixDealers will inspect and repair the welds, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 30, 2023. Owners may contact Porsche's customer service at 1-800-767-7243. Porsche's number for this recall is APA4.
