Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2022-2023 T-Series Pure Electric Terminal Trucks, 2023-2025 e-TRIEVER, and 2023-2026 HUSK-e terminal trucks. The optional foldaway training seat may fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 207, "Seating Systems" and 210, Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."

RiskA seat that fails may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing risk of injury.

FixOwners are advised to limit the use of the the training seat until repairs have been completed. The remedy is currently under development. Interim owner notification letters are expected to be mailed by April 24, 2026. Another notice will be sent once the remedy becomes available. 25V612000·EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HAZARD FLASHING WARNING LIGHTS2025-09-12

Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2017-2024 T-Series, 2023-2025 e-TRIEVER, and HUSK-e terminal trucks. The hazard warning lights may turn off when the ignition is in the 'Off' position. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

RiskHazard lights that do not remain on cannot warn other drivers of a disabled vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

FixOEV field service will install a new hazard light wire harness and update the software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed by November 24, 2025. Owners may contact OEV customer service at 1-866-688-5223. OEV's number for this recall is 2025-SRC-07.

25V445000·ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:PROPULSION SYSTEM:CRITICAL FASTENERS2025-06-27

Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2023-2025 HUSK-e terminal trucks previously remedied under Recall 25V367 (2025-SRC-04). The wrong size washer was installed in the thermal fuse bolted joint during the previous repair.

RiskThe incorrect washer can cause the bus bar connection to loosen or open, resulting in electrical arcing and increasing the risk of a fire.

FixOEV will install the correctly sized washer, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 4, 2025. Owners may contact OEV customer service at 1-866-688-5223. OEV's number for this recall is 2025-SRC-05.

Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Husk-e terminal trucks. The high voltage short circuit protection system may have an inadequate fuse.

RiskIn the event of a short, the fuse may open too slowly or not at all, increasing the risk of a fire.

Orange EV is recalling certain 2023-2025 HUSK-e, e-TRIEVER, and 2022-2024 T-Series trucks. The bolts securing the upper steering shaft clamp may have been improperly tightened.

RiskThe loose bolts can cause steering system components to separate, resulting in loss of steering control and increasing the risk of a crash.

FixOrange EV service will replace the upper steering shaft clamp bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 15, 2025. Owners may contact Orange EV customer service at 1-866-688-5223.

Orange EV is recalling certain 2023-2024 HUSK-e XP terminal trucks. The rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) on the federal placard is incorrect and the installed tires and rims may be inadequate for the truck's intended use. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 120, "Wheels and Rims - Other Than Passenger Cars."

RiskAn incorrect GAWR and an inadequate tire and rim combination can lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
