As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 207, "Seating Systems", and 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."

RiskAn insufficiently attached seat may detach during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
