Driverge Vehicle Innovations (Driverge) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Ford T-350 vehicles, equipped with certain GO-ES Space Saver Foldaway Seats. The recliner mechanism may not engage when the seat back is fully reclined. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."
RiskThe seat back could release when force is applied to the shoulder belt, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
FixDriverge will work with the equipment manufacturer to inspect and repair the seats as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 29, 2024. Owners may contact Driverge customer service at 1-330-861-1118 or Freedman customer service at 1-800-443-4540.
