CSI Emergency Apparatus, LLC (CSI) is recalling certain 2013-2016 Wildland Emergency vehicles built on Ford F-550 chassis. These vehicles are equipped with Stazworks wheels that may crack and break during vehicle operation, resulting in a detachment of the wheel.
RiskA wheel loss while driving can increase the risk of a crash.
FixCSI has notified all owners, and dealers have replaced all the affected wheels, free of charge. The recall began on June 16, 2017. Owners may contact CSI customer service at 1-989-348-2877.
