25V810000·ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING2025-11-21

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2019-2024 AT Series vehicles. The lower emergency stop may not function when the upper control is selected.

RiskAn emergency stop that does not shut off the unit during an emergency increases the risk of death or serious injury.

FixAltec will correct the wiring between the power distribution module and the machine harness, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed January 16, 2026. Owners may contact Altec customer service at 1-877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is CSN-3265.

25V400000·ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING:POWER DISTRIBUTION MODULE/IPDM2025-06-13

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2020 TA Series, 2019 L Series Aerial Device, 2018-2025 Service Body, LS Series, and AT Series trucks. The Power Distribution Module (PDM 10) circuit may experience a voltage spike, which can damage the Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) and disrupt chassis functions, including the PTO switch, rearview mirror, or rearview camera.

RiskA damaged TCCM and disrupted chassis functions can result in a loss of handling and control or brake performance, increasing the risk of a crash.

FixAltec will install a diode to the ignition hot circuit, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 8, 2025. Owners may contact Altec customer service at 1-877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is CSN-3229.

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2024 AT200A aerial trucks. Inadequate clearance between the hydraulic hoses and the engine exhaust manifold may result in the hoses overheating.

RiskHydraulic hoses that overheat can increase the risk of a fire.

FixAltec will install a remedy kit to secure the hose routing farther away from the exhaust manifold, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 22, 2024. Owners may contact Altec customer service at 1-877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is CSN-3189.

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2024 AT and TA series aerial devices, and ST series spray bodies. The fuel or brake lines may not be properly secured, which can cause the lines to become damaged and leak.

RiskA brake fluid leak can cause brake failure, increasing the risk of a crash. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.

FixAltec will provide owners with instructions to inspect the brake and fuel lines. If improperly secured, Altec will provide a kit to secure the lines. If the lines are damaged, dealers will repair the fuel and brake lines. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on January 23, 2025.
